Os <a href=\"http:\/\/educacaointegral.org.br\/glossario\/educador\/\">professores<\/a> precisam estar l\u00e1 porque querem, os gestores tamb\u00e9m, caso contr\u00e1rio, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 ades\u00e3o.\u201d \u00c9 com essa afirma\u00e7\u00e3o que a professora da UFRJ, Lucia Velloso, defendeu o protagonismo da comunidade escolar na consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de programas em educa\u00e7\u00e3o integral.<\/p>\n<div class=\"box-eixo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][dt_gap height=&#8221;25&#8243;][dt_teaser style=&#8221;1&#8243; background=&#8221;fancy&#8221; content_size=&#8221;normal&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; animation=&#8221;none&#8221; type=&#8221;image&#8221;]O Censo Escolar 2013 revela que, desde 2010, o n\u00famero de matr\u00edculas em educa\u00e7\u00e3o integral no ensino fundamental cresceu 139%, chegando a 3,1 milh\u00f5es de estudantes.\u00a0A meta do Mais Educa\u00e7\u00e3o para 2014 \u00e9 chegar a 60 mil escolas. As proje\u00e7\u00f5es indicam que, se mantido o ritmo, o Brasil deve atingir a meta de 25% de matr\u00edculas em educa\u00e7\u00e3o integral, prevista no Plano Nacional de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Para o c\u00e1lculo, s\u00e3o consideradas as escolas com jornadas de sete ou mais horas di\u00e1rias.[\/dt_teaser][dt_gap height=&#8221;25&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][dt_gap height=&#8221;25&#8243;][vc_column_text]Para a ex-diretora de curr\u00edculos em educa\u00e7\u00e3o integral do Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (MEC), Jaqueline Moll, outro aspecto fundamental dessa mudan\u00e7a de paradigma \u00e9 a compreens\u00e3o de que a escola articula a vida em sociedade e, portanto, requer abertura e rela\u00e7\u00e3o permanente com o <a href=\"http:\/\/educacaointegral.org.br\/glossario\/territorio\/\">territ\u00f3rio<\/a> no qual est\u00e1 inserida. \u201cTemos que articular os espa\u00e7os da cidade, permitir que os meninos e meninas terminem o ensino fundamental tendo ido ao cinema, ao museu. A escola \u2013 como bem de todos \u2013 precisa ser um instrumento desse processo.\u201d<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante o col\u00f3quio \u201cEduca\u00e7\u00e3o Integral: Amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de tempos e espa\u00e7os educativos\u201d, realizado na <a href=\"http:\/\/conae2014.mec.gov.br\/\" target=\"_blank\">Conae 2014<\/a>, a docente ressaltou que a educa\u00e7\u00e3o integral n\u00e3o pode ser imposta \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino \u201cde cima para baixo\u201d. Ao contr\u00e1rio, deve ser entendida como uma oportunidade de reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da escola e, por isso, ser abra\u00e7ada por todos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A mestranda em educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Fabiane Borges Pavani, que estuda o programa Mais Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, enxerga na educa\u00e7\u00e3o integral \u2013 e na sua concep\u00e7\u00e3o de curr\u00edculo integrado \u2013 uma possibilidade para as escolas brasileiras trabalharem e incorporarem princ\u00edpios ligados aos direitos humanos e \u00e0 justi\u00e7a social. \u201cPara avan\u00e7ar nas conquistas democr\u00e1ticas, a escola precisa debater as quest\u00f5es presentes na sociedade. O Mais Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, como programa indutor da educa\u00e7\u00e3o integral no Brasil, precisa avan\u00e7ar na discuss\u00e3o de diversidade, ra\u00e7a, g\u00eanero e justi\u00e7a social\u201d, sugere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Na pr\u00e1tica<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O p\u00fablico de delegados e observadores presente no debate revelou diversas tens\u00f5es presentes no cotidiano de escolas que trabalham com <a href=\"http:\/\/educacaointegral.org.br\/glossario\/tempo-integral\/\">jornada ampliada<\/a>. O estudante Jo\u00e3o, por exemplo, contou que o diretor de sua escola tem muita dificuldade em lidar com as opini\u00f5es e propostas dos jovens. Al\u00e9m de adotar medidas autorit\u00e1rias, segundo o estudante, o docente n\u00e3o apoia a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de um gr\u00eamio e se coloca contra qualquer mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o estudantil. \u201cSe \u00e9 pra fazer uma escola de educa\u00e7\u00e3o integral, \u00e9 preciso entender a diversidade e a juventude de outra forma, n\u00e3o como meu diretor v\u00ea\u201d, desabafou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diante do relato, Jaqueline refor\u00e7ou a import\u00e2ncia de dar voz aos jovens nas decis\u00f5es e apontou que as escolas n\u00e3o podem mais ignor\u00e1-los como sujeitos do processo educativo. \u201cQuando se fala de educa\u00e7\u00e3o integral sem liberdade de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, em uma escola onde a palavra final \u00e9 do diretor, eu lamento, mas isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 educa\u00e7\u00e3o integral.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais do que cumprir a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 que prev\u00ea <a href=\"http:\/\/educacaointegral.org.br\/glossario\/gestao-democratica\/\">gest\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica<\/a> nas escolas brasileiras \u2013 a professora cr\u00ea que se trata de uma ruptura com um modo arcaico de se fazer educa\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0 Em sua opini\u00e3o, as salas de aula precisam se democratizar e o professor tem um papel chave nesse desafio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para que isso ocorra, Jaqueline prop\u00f5e que esses elementos integrem a forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos novos docentes. \u201cN\u00f3s temos a\u00e7\u00f5es muito boas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o continuada, mas na estrutura da forma\u00e7\u00e3o inicial dos professores n\u00e3o se fala em educa\u00e7\u00e3o integral.
